Introduction

On 20 December 2023, EnergyPathways completed its Reverse Takeover Transaction with Dial Square Investments and obtained its Listing on the AIM segment of London Stock Exchange, trading under the ticker EPP. The completion of the Listing marked a major milestone for the Company, providing EnergyPathways with a platform from which it can raise its profile with target stakeholders and achieve its strategic growth objectives.   

Shareholder Value

Our inaugural project is fully aligned with British Government energy strategy.

It involves the development of a proven gas resource that can supply the UK market in the near term providing secure domestic energy with a low carbon footprint.

The project has potential to bring production to market in a timely fashion given it is a short cycle, simple sub-sea tieback development in shallow water with the ability to get gas flowing to the UK.
