EnergyPathways plc has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hazer Group Ltd to develop a clean hydrogen facility in the UK. This partnership will utilize Hazer's hydrogen production technology licensed through KBR Inc to expand the Company's MESH integrated energy storage project. The MOU secures exclusive rights for EnergyPathways to access Hazer's technology within the UK for 12 months. The development of a 90MW MESH hydrogen facility will support the UK's re-industrialization goals by producing clean ammonia and graphite domestically, reducing reliance on imports. This project aligns with the UK government's energy policy framework and potential financial assistance under the Hydrogen Allocation Round.
